Strawberries and Cream

Yields1 Serving

 1 box of strawberries, washed and sliced
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 8 ounces of heavy whipping cream
 Cinnamon to taste

Freeze a glass mason jar with lid on it for 30 minutes or longer (the colder the better).


Fill jar with heavy whipping cream, replace lid, SHAKE heavy cream into a "whip cream."


Open jar and add vanilla extract if desired, and shake a few more seconds.


Divide strawberries into a nice dish and add a dollop of the cream on top! Dust with cinnamon if desired.
