Ingredients

 Edible flowers or herbs (marigolds, mint, borage)

Directions

Dry clean petals or leaves in dehydrator (follow manufacturer directions) or overnight in low oven.

Using either a tea ball (screw-top metal ball with holes) or purchased tea bags (found at well-stocked coffee/tea shops or online) fill with your dried petals.

Heat kettle to whistling, then add to pot or cup with tea ball or bag.

Steep until your tea reaches the desired darkness.

Serve with milk and honey.
