Honey Butter

 1 cup salted butter, softened
 2 tbsp honey
 Sea salt (optional)

Place the butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat for one minute or until the butter is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula (flabber). Add in the honey and beat again until combined. Taste, add a little sea salt if the butter isn't salty enough.

Serve nice, soft, fluffy butter right away! You may wish to drizzle a little extra honey over the top before serving.

Alternatively, place the butter in a jar or container to keep for later, but allow it to come to room temperature before serving. It should last for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
