Optional Add-ins: roasted red peppers, chipotle peppers, beets. s, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, spices (cumin, paprika, oregano, za'atar), herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary), etc.
As you prepare this recipe, please feel free to customize it to your preference.
Drain the beans into the sink, put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, serve in a bowl with cut up vegetables.
