Banana, Seed & Oat Bars

 1 cup rolled oats
 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
 1/4 cup chopped dates
 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 3 bananas
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9 x 9" pan.

Combine oats, seeds and fruit in large bowl.

Use food processor or blender to combine banana, vanilla and cinnamon, then pour over oat mixture in bowl.

Transfer to pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool, and cut into desired serving-size portions.
