Authentic Greek Tzatziki

 ½ large cucumber, unpeeled
 1 ½ cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
 2 large garlic cloves
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 2 tbsp white vinegar
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp fresh dill
 Pita bread, for serving

Create your Mise en Plas. Finely mince garlic, and finely mince dill.


Grate the cucumber. Squeeze out excess liquid using a dish towel.


Combine the yogurt, garlic, oil, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.


Transfer the grated cucumber and fresh dill to the yogurt mixture.


Refrigerate before serving. Serve chilled with pita bread for dipping.
